Mwingi West Member of Parliament Charles Nguna has reaffirmed his commitment to supporting the broad-based government and working closely with President William Ruto, dismissing claims that he is reconsidering his political stance.
Speaking exclusively to TCD DIGITAL, the outspoken lawmaker said he remains firmly in support of the President and is confident that all development projects promised to the people will be delivered.
“I am certain Ruto will deliver all the projects he promised,” Nguna stated.
The MP at the same time cautioned sections of the media against misquoting or misrepresenting his statements for political mileage. He emphasized that his position on supporting the current administration remains unchanged.
Nguna’s remarks come amid heightened political debate in Ukambani over the implementation of national government projects and shifting political alignments.
He reiterated that his focus remains on ensuring Mwingi West residents benefit from government programs and development initiatives under the broad-based government framework.
