Yatta Kwa Vonza MCA Hon. Mark Ndingo has joined Wiper Party leader H.E. Kalonzo Musyoka and other leaders in Siasya County to console the family of former Prime Minister Rt. Hon. Raila Amolo Odinga. The Wiper delegation is visiting Bondo to pay their last respects and offer condolences to the Odinga family following the loss of his demise.
Speaking in Kisumu to us during a morning briefing, Hon. Ndingo expressed gratitude for the opportunity to stand in solidarity with the Wiper Patriotic Front members, the Kamba Council of Elders, and the religious community during this solemn visit.
“I am grateful to be here in Kisumu, surrounded by my Wiper Patriotic Front Party members, the Kamba Council of Elders and the religious community this morning. Together, we will journey to Opoda Farm and Kang’o ka Jaramogi to pay our respects to our fallen brother, friend and colleague Rt. Hon. Raila Amolo Odinga,” said Hon. Ndingo.
Earlier, the leaders convened at the Grand Swiss Hotel in Kisumu for a press briefing before proceeding to Bondo, where they were received by local leaders and members of the ODM fraternity.
The visit highlights the deep bond of friendship and mutual respect between the Wiper and ODM parties, and serves as a reminder of the unity that transcends political lines during times of mourning.
