Mwingi West MP Hon. Charles Nguna Confirms Resumption of Works on Kwasiku–Mbondoni Road Section

Mwingi West MP Hon. Charles Nguna has announced that construction works on the stalled section of the Kitui–Kibwezi Road, specifically the Kwasiku–Mbondoni stretch, have officially resumed.

Speaking during the interview at Musyifm, the legislator affirmed that the contractor is already on site and that progress is steadily taking shape. He expressed optimism that once completed, the road will greatly enhance connectivity, ease transportation, and boost trade across the region.

Nguna lauded the government and relevant agencies for responding to the concerns of residents who had long decried the poor state of the road, urging continued support to ensure timely completion of the project.
