Yatta Kwavonza Member of County Assembly has been honoured at the Africa Champions Awards 8th Edition, where he was named the Best Outstanding Member of County Assembly and Best Community Transformative Leader in Kenya 2025. The award recognises his exemplary leadership and impactful service to the community.
While receiving the award, the MCA expressed deep gratitude, dedicating the honour to the people of Yatta Kwavonza, whom he said have continually inspired, supported and challenged him to serve with dedication and integrity. He noted that the recognition reflects the collective efforts and trust of the residents.
As he approaches the homestretch of his term, the MCA reaffirmed his commitment to listening, learning and acting in line with the needs and aspirations of the people, with a focus on delivering tangible development.
