Governors have No powers under law and in the Constitution to shut down counties,

The best they can do is to advocate and demand Dialogue between COG, Senate ,CRA and President to iron out Revenue sharing stalemate but not to assign themselves powers they don’t have Constitutionally.

Devolution was all about to counties to look into ways to generate there own Revenue instead of relying 100 % from National exchequer now they can see the mess there in!

Its wake up call to Governors to venture into revenue generating programmes and to up their game on revenue collection mechanisms.
