Kitui Central Sub-County, Kitui County Minister for Environment, Tourism, Climate Change and Natural Resources who is also the incoming Mwingi West MP 2022 called upon H.E Hon Dr Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka who is also the Wiper Party Boss, to join hands with Kitui County Governor H.E Hon Charity Kaluki Ngilu.
He called other Ukambani leaders to drum up support to Azimio la Umoja Presidential candidate Rht Hon Raila Odinga in order to make sure that Kamba community will be in the next Government come 9th August 2022.
The County Executive said this earlier today during the burial ceremony of the late Mama Agnes Mati Kilonzi at her husband’s Itoleka farm, Itoleka Village,
Kyangwithya West Ward Kitui Central Sub-County. Mama Agnes Mati Kilonzi was the mother of Kitui County Minister for Trade, Investments and Co-operatives Hon Esther Kilonzi who was also present.
Kitui County Executive for Environment, Tourism and Climate Change was representing Kitui County Governor H.E Hon Charity Kaluki Ngilu.
The County Executive eulogized Mama Agnes Mati Kilonzi as a lady who was very loving to all her children having brought them up in a very strict but fair life as christians.
As a lady who liked education, she ensured that all her children went to school where she could go to visit those in High School personally, she also inculcated a unto them a culture of always being honest, hardworking so that they can be in a position to interact well amongst themselves and the community at large.
He further asked people to make sure that they get covid-19 vaccine including micron varient booster. He reminded them to register in large numbers now that the iebc RRI exercise will end tomorrow Sunday.
Also present was the Ag. Kitui County Secretary Mrs Agnes Mulewa, the area MCA who is also the Kitui County Assembly Minority Whip Hon Boniface Katumo, Kitui County head of protocol Mr Job Ngusu, senior officers from County Government of Kitui, area Administrators, former Senior Deputy Commissioner of Police Mr Japheth Mwania amongst others.
