JUSTICE CHITEMBWE Trial Takes a new twist after Supreme Court granted the Tribunal and the Attorney General fourteen days to respond to his appeal against removal from office.
The justice is fighting for his removal from office.
The Supreme Court has directed the tribunal that recommended his removal from office, and the Attorney General, to respond to his appeal within 14 days.
The apex court Also ordered to respond Attorney-General Justin Muturi to respond.
The Apex Court’s Registrar Bernard Kasavuli also directed Justice Chitembwe to complete filling his appeal documents and exhibits by the close of business Tuesday March 7.
