The unknown Mp for Matungulu constituency Hon Stephen Mutinda has threatened to bring the Impeachment Motion to the National Assembly against the Deputy President of the Republic of kenya.
Matungulu Member of Parliament who is hardly known beyond his constituency, hon Stephen Mutinda has said he will be sponsoring impeachment Motion against the Deputy President Dr William Ruto over allegations of corruption.
The Move has been interpreted as an avenue to court the attention of the Deputy President Dr William Ruto.
