At Kinoru Stadium, Uhuru Endorsed Raila For Fifth President Of Kenya
By Koigi Wa Wamwere
At BBI rally at Kinoru stadium, Governor Kiraitu Murungi delivered a message to Raila Odinga from President Uhuru.
If crocodiles in river Jordan stopped Raila from taking Kenyans to Canaan, with Uhuru’s control of crocodiles (Kikuyu ruling class) now, Raila is now free to take Kenyans to Canaan.
This was Uhuru’s clearest endorsement of Raila for the 5th president of Kenya, after the handshake.
But why? Is Uhuru possibly crying for somebody to take Kenyan poor masses to Canaan that is long over due? If so, why can’t Uhuru himself take them? If it is not Raila’s delivery of Kenyans to Canaan – which he no longer talks about since handshake –, does Uhuru and his family believe a President Raila will be their best protector when they are no longer in power?
But if Uhuru, the son of Jomo Kenyatta hands power over to Raila, the son of Jaramogi Oginga Odinga, is this not actualization of dynasty rule supported by Gideon Moi the son of late Daniel Arap Moi who was also at Kinoru stadium?
With Uhuru’s support for Raila, is it not logical that Raila is now working with Uhuru’s closest insiders like David Murathe? Will these Uhuru’s advisors advice Raila better than they advised Uhuru? For Kenya’s third liberation, Kenyans must look away from Uhuru and Raila. They care for themselves only, not Kenya.
