
The Deputy President of the Republic of Kenya Dr William Ruto on Saturday visited Uganda capital city to lay foundation stone for William Ruto institute for Africa leadership.
During the visit the DP was received by head of state HE President Kaguta Museveni at State Lodge, Mubende, Dr Ruto laid a foundation stone for William Ruto Institute of African and Leadership Studies at Makerere University Kampala, Uganda.
Ambassador Julius Kiema Kilonzo, is a Kenyan politician and diplomat, who serves as Ambassador to Uganda, since September 2018. Before that, from August 2014 until September 2018, he served as Kenya’s ambassador to Turkey.

The residents wondered why the Kenyan high commission was not available during the function.
William Ruto Institute of African and Leadership Studies was launched at Makerere university.
