KRC Intelligence Bureau Exposes the Untold Story of Mwalika’s Multi Million Ghost Secondary School Legacy Project gathering Dust.
At the periphery of Kilevi village in Kisasi ward, KRC is one abandoned class room and a single pit latrine at a distance ushering onlookers into the site. Tired, dusty and neglected, branded with bold KRC CDF kitty of 2017/2018 letters, the walls of this project have never heard students’ footsteps enter or leave after it was launched 4 years ago.
” Could this project be another white elephant in KRC destined to put money into pockets of the rich MP? Posed a bitter villager.
The only sole project the MP prides himself with has come under heavy attacks from the locals and KRC electorates at large over lack of priorities and incapability to deliver of the self – proclaimed wealthy politician from Mbitini.
Few weeks ago, Mwalika’s CDF pointman Mr Mulatya Mwanthi was humiliated and left speechless at a local funeral event in Maliku Location, a stone throw distance from the said facility after he failed to articulate the MP’s development agenda to the thirsty mourners baying for his blood.
It took an interception of Mulatya’s relative to calm the angry villagers.
