The State Will not Interfere with freedom worship – DP Rigathi

Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua said the Government will not interfere with freedom of worship and church in Kenya but asked church leaders to isolate rogue pastors.

The DP Rigathi said the Devil is happy when the church is facing tribulations. But they asked Christians to be strong, not to be shaken because of a few elements who have become a rogue.

Rigathi also blew up opposition leaders living in denial because the election was done, and it’s over and President Dr. William is the President.

The truthful Deputy President also criticized those who are saying Kikuyu’s dominance in the civil service has escalated, saying the community is bigger and expects more appointments from the Government.

The DP, who spoke during the burial of Mama Mukami Kimathi in Nyandarua on Saturday, said the appointments being made in government reflect the community’s population.

”We made a conscious decision to vote for you[Ruto] to run the affairs of this country, and it cannot be that when a few Kikuyus are appointed into government, they start complaining,” he said.

A furiously DP said while the critics are only looking at the civil service, they have given a blind eye to the reality that Kikuyus have also dominated the Kamiti prisons and other sectors in Kenya.

”We are the majority in the prions, why haven’t they asked that we be let free from the prisons… Your excellency, those you have appointed continuing with more appointments,” he said.
