The Minister was speaking in kitui East constituency when he inspected River Nguni bridge (road to Mutitu Health Center) in Kitui East Sub County.
The road is among projects being implemented by The County Government of Kitui through transformative leadership of Governor Charity Ngilu.
Eng. Kakundi was accompanied by Kitui East Sub County Administrator Mr. Daniel Munyotu among others.
