KITUI: An Internet maverick and political impressario THARAKA, who marauds as an activist has launched a tirade of attacks against popular Kitui internet publisher YOANA Kimwele.
Firing the first salvo, Tharaka tasked the prolific Kitui based blogger to explain the benefits accrued by the residents of Mutha Ward from more than 22 trips by Kitui Governor Charity Ngilu;

1.What is the benefit of ngilus 22 foreign trips which have cost kitui taxpayer over 325 million shillings to date brought to kitui ?
2.More specifically to you,as the future in daydreams MCA for Mutha,how have those foreign trips benefitted your ward? He wrote.
