Kitui County Woman Representative Dr Irene Kasalu is a leader who keeps her words, “The popular Mama Miradi honoured her words as a benevolent leader.
When The COUNTY DIARY highlighted the story of Anthony James who was at the risk of missing admission over lack of school fees.
“Several people had promised to help the boy, but none honoured his or her words save for Dr Irene Kasalu, the kitui County Mp” narrated the guardian.
Despite having limited resources, Dr Kasalu on Wednesday personally took the boy to St Lwanga Boys High School paid school fees for one full year and promised to pay for the next four years — a full sponsorship.
In addition, Dr Kasalu did shopping for the boy. The Mother was overwhelmed, she could no believe her eyes.
Speaking to The COUNTY DIARY, the mother thanked Dr Irene Kasalu for sponsoring her son, in tears of joy the mother of Anthony James said she has no word to describe and thank Dr Kasalu,
“She said ” May good Lord, the creator of heaven and earth be upon Dr Irene Kasalu, May she never lack, may whatever she will endeavour to do succeed”,
The mother of the boy could not hide her happiness and satisfaction, she promised to be a good ambassador in ikanga Sub-County for mama Miradi.
