Submit your Memorandum for Kitui County Finance Bill 2021/22, says Mumo

In accordance with the provisions of Article 201 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 – which calls for openness, accountability and public participation in financial matters and section 207 of Public Finance Management Act 2012 which requires the establishment of structures,
mechanisms and guidelines for citizen participation in County Governments.

The County Government of Kitui is Inviting members of the public, private sector organizations, Interested parties and all key stakeholders to submit their proposals or memoranda for consideration during the preparation of the 2021/22 Finance Bill.

Copies of the draft Finance Bill can be obtained from the sub county offices, Divisional Revenue Offices, Kitui Municipality and Mwingi Town Administration offices.
