The County Assembly Appointments and Sectoral Committees have finalized their report writing exercise on the vetting of the County Executive Committee Member nominee for Education, Training and Skills Development and 26 County Chief Officers.
The report writing exercise which kicked-off on Wednesday 1st February 2023 after the conclusion of approval hearings, came to a close today 5th February 2023.
The committees will then table their reports to the House on Monday 6th February 2023 and the Whole House will debate and make their consideration on 7th February 2023.
After the decision of the Assembly, the considered reports will be submitted to HE. The Governor for appointment.
During the special sitting, the Finance Committee will also submit the report on the Annual Development Plan (ADP) for debate and consideration by the whole House.
The considered ADP will determine all development projects to be executed by the County Government of Kitui.
