Board Chair Prof. Kaloki has today toured KMTC Kilifi to monitor the development of the Campus.
The academician noted that there was a need to expand the Campus to enable it offer more diverse courses.
“Working with the host community has enabled us to create a robust working relationship. The Board will keep working with area leaders to acquire additional land for this expansion” said Prof Kaloki.
Established in 1977, Kilifi Campus currently offers three programs in Nursing, Clinical Medicine and Medical Engineering.
The Campus has a current population of 750 students with this number expected to grow with the expansion of the Campus.
Prof. Kaloki urged staff to do their best in service to Kenyans as the Board was working hard to ensure that the College achieves its mandate towards supporting the Government in the achievement of the Universal Health Coverage objectives.
