The Holy Book posits that “he who finds a wife finds a good thing” – Eng William Maluki Ngumbau is a contented man for having found a good thing.
On Friday to Sunday the, love was on the air as decorated mechanical Eng Willam Maluki Ngumbau tied the knot to his lovely girlfriend who is an Ethiopian national.
The high level and royal cultural wedding was held from Friday to Sunday in Addis Ababa, Africas metropolis famous for Etheopian
Orthodox Church. Eng Maluki is son of a prominent business man Dr. kennedy Ngumbau Mulwa.
Dr.Mulwa Ngumbau is a prominent business man and was kitui gubernatorial candidate in 2017. Currently, He works with the famous Cottar Safaris Masai mara camps & He is also a business consultant for Banks.
Eng maluki’s mother is Hon. Lucia Ngumbau who is the current CECM in charge of food, agriculture & forestry Nairobi county.
Speaking exclusively with TCD, the father of Eng Maluki revealed that the newly wedded son will hold similar wedding event at his rural home for those who did not attend the first one in Ethiopia cultural event.
The high level wedding was attended by invitee only. Eng. William Maluki Ngumbau and Ms. Eden Fitsum Meles’ wedding ceremony, it was blessing to both Kenya and Ethiopia for having a good Bilateral relationship between the two countries.
The President of the Mwendwa Family Mr Alphonse Kali Mulwa, who is the elder brother to Dr Ken Ngumbau Mulwa thanked those who attended the wedding on behalf of the family members Additionally, Dr.Ben Mutisya of Nikifarm care EA attended the function & was also the chairman of Eng. Maluki’s wedding Committee.
Also in the Entourage was Hon.Amb.Kiema kilonzo & family. Dr.Mutie of Kifaru restaurant ( Mombasa rd) plus Joseph Mutungi were also present.
Beatrice Mbuli Moi also attended – she represented Hon.Nyiva Mwendwa is is grandmother to Eng.Maluki Ngumbau.
Over thirty delegates drawn from the globe attended the event in addis ababa. Saturday’s event was an open air from about 5:30 pm – 10 pm.
The venue was park near Ayat neighbourhood. Dress code was formal which was also traditional attire representing the rich cultural heritage in the both countries.
On Sunday, from 12:30 pm the ceremony was also officiated for luncheon at the brides home.
Dress: was Any.
On Thursday evening the celebrants spend good day at Yod Abyssinia cultural restaurant to Friday.
The parks (Unity Park or for those who like to walk a bit more and enjoy nature and scenes, then Entoto Park).
Dr Amare who works with AU was the chief of the protocol during the the family event at addis ababa.
