Kitui County Assembly Speaker hon Kevin Katisya Kinengo has reiterated the assembly commitment to work closely with Governor Dr Julius Makau Malombe for the sake development for our people.
The hon Speaker while addressing participants during the grand opening of Kitui agricultural trade fair show at ithookwe show ground, the Speaker said time for politics was over and asked the people of kitui to continue support the Governor Malombe.
Katisya revealed the assembly is working in tandem with Governor Malombe to fast-track the development trajectory saying there is an urgent need for collective action and dedicated efforts to uplift the community, the TCD digital reports.
He emphasized that the time for talking and making promises has passed; the time has come to translate words into concrete actions that benefit and empower the people of Kitui. Speaker Kinengo called upon all individuals, whether they are politicians, business leaders, or ordinary citizens, to come together, set aside personal interests, and work relentlessly for the betterment of the community.
