The Team from the Office of County Mp Hon Dr Irene Kasalu led by office Manager Ben Kilonzo, Lydia Kavete coordinator and Kitaa Peter Ngaaf chair on Tuesday joined hundreds of excited participants who turned up for the commemoration of the 2019 International Day of Persons with disability in Kitui at Kyudo Primary, Kyuso ward Mwingi North constituency.
Mr Kilonzo while delivering the county Mp message urged caretakers of persons with disabilities to give information to relevant authorities that can enable them to get recognised to enjoy government services.
Association of people living with disabilities mwingi North and mwingi central CBOs benefited with 2 tents. Also, 85 persons with disability Will benefit from wheelchairs from the office of women rep.
Also present was mwingi central DCC, Patrick Kutu Deputy director min. Of tourism, sports &culture among other leaders.
