Mr. Rollon as he is known by many, he is said to have joined Wiper party and he is expected to battle it out during wiper party nomination with incumbent Wiper MCA hon Kasee Musya.
Mr Rollon attended wiper rally at kitui stadium on Thursday, but the sitting wiper MCA for Kisasi hon Kasee Musta who is working closely with Narc party leader HE Charity Ngilu did not attend.

Senators passed the contentious Bill in the daylong special sitting that ended way past 9 pm Wednesday.
It also poses a headache to political parties which will now have to register their members and deposit the membership list with the registrar for party nominations.
The registrar will scrutinise and certify political party membership lists and nomination rules before such primaries are conducted.
This means that people who are not registered party members will not participate in party nominations.
