On Friday, January 20, 2023 – The Residents of Nguutani Ward, Mwingi West Sub-County joined other citizens across the county for a public participation exercise on clidp.
County of Government of Kitui under the leadership of Governor Dr. Julius Malombe is committed to spearhead transformation of the livelihoods in every corner of the County through implementation of life-changing programs.
During the Ward level Community Level Infrastructure Development Programme (CLIDP), pro-poor support program and sand dam site identification validation meeting for Nguutani Ward, The community representatives fronted grading of access roads, water piping, construction of drifts, desilting of dams and establishment of vocational training centres as key areas of prioritization.
County Agriculture Director Francis Kitoo and his Economic Planning Alex Muthyoi headed the validation meeting at Nguutani Catholic Church Hall which was also attended by area MCA Steven Katana.
