Ngilu’s CLIDP Projects Are the Lifeline Of Our People – Says CO Zakayo Kimanzi

On 7th May 2021 – Kitui profilic Chief Officer in the Office of Governor Mr. G Kimanzi Zakayo was at the forefront leading the team of government officials during inspection of CLIDP projects in Kisasi and Mbitini Wards, the COUNTY DIARY reports.

The on-going escalated inspection of Community Level Infrastructure Development Projects ( CLIDP) sites comes on the heels of a directive issued by Kitui County Governor H.E Kaluki Ngilu instructing all his officers to lead from the front and carry out the CLIDP sites inspection.

The projects Inspected today included but not limited to Kisasi Health Centre staff quaters, refurbishment of Kasevi borehole, an ECD Class at Kisavi Primary School, disilting of the Isovya Earthdam in Kisasi Ward including other Mbitini Ward projects.

  1. Kasevi Borehole
  2. Mbooni Earthdam and Kyangesu Earthdam spillway.
  3. Nzangathi to Maangani road improvement and culverts construction
  4. Katwala dispensary 4 door pit latrine
Zakayo later accompanied Governor Ngilu to condole her long time friend the late Nyamai.

The Humble CO later in the day accompanied the Governor Ngilu to condole with the family of a her long-term friend late Nyamai Ndivo who will be laid to rest tomorrow at Mosa village.

“The late Nyamai’s family is a big beneficiary of KCHIC after his bill of Ksh 71,000 was paid by this Insurance cover, a flagship Projects of H.E Kaluki Ngilu” said Zakayo at the venue.
