Ngilu leads Kitui in Condoling the Late President Moi Family

Governor Charity Ngilu has signed the condolence book for the late President Daniel Toroitich Arap Moi.

While eulogizing Moi as an astute yet compassionate leader, one who embraced divergent views at the helm of the country’s top seat, Ngilu said Moi’s reign will be pegged forever in the annals of history.

Remembering the 1998 American Embassy bombing, she said President Moi got them by surprise by inviting the then opposition leadership to State Houseuse, to accompany him to condole with those affected by the terrorist attack.

After the County boss signs the book, the action paves way for everyone who would like to pen down their condolences to the Moi family
