Ngilu hosts BBI Rally As ODM rules Out Joint Meeting with DP

Kitui governor Bi Charity Ngilu hosted her colleague Governors Prof. Kivutha Kibwana ( Makueni) and Dr. Alfred Mutua (Machakos) at Kitui Stadium in Kitui town for a public Meeting on the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI).

Kitui Governor called on Kenyans to support the building bridges initiative (BBI) since it will help realize a fair, inclusive and prosperous country and increase counties’ allocation from a mere 15% to at least 35% thus improving development at the grassroots.

Orange Democratic party through it’s party Secretary General has ruled out holding joint meeting with Deputy President allies saying they will eject such characters in their meeting. The meeting is expected to be held in Mombasa over the weekend

According to kitui governor hon charity Ngilu who is the eastern region building bridges initiative coordinator, the Governor said BBI is anchored on improving the lives of Kenyans and it will impact development through strengthened devolution.

“We have fought poverty for long, it is time we rise and fight for our people now through BBI, Ngilu reaffirmed.
