Ngilu Dismisess Governor Mutua LIKE desert Jackal

He is an enemy of progress, says Ngilu,

Kitui Governor Charity Ngilu today blasted her Machakos counterpart Alfred Mutua for ditching Azimio La Umoja coalition over what she termed as selfish interests.

Speaking when she joined Azimio brigade for a mega rally at Kajiado Stadium in Kajiado Central, Ngilu accused Mutua of betraying the country’s push for transformative leadership under ODM Chief Raila Odinga.

“Self aggrandizement and greed has seen him betray his people in order to join DP Ruto whom even President Uhuru Kenyatta has expressly declared as unfit to lead Kenya,” she said.

“Let him take his tumbo (stomach) to UDA and leave the Kamba community alone because we trust Raila’s capability to lead the country into socioeconomic prosperity,” she added.

Governor Ngilu termed Mutua’s exit as inconsequential to Azimio La Umoja’s impending victory in the forthcoming General Election and subsequent formation of the next national regime.

“As Azimio La Umoja grand coalition, we remain strong as ever and more focused on leading the country into the third liberation which is economic in nature,” emphasized the Narc leader.

Ngilu also warned Kenyans to be wary of Ruto saying his resolve to undermine his boss was indicative of a dishonest and rogue individual who cannot be entrusted with Kenya’s top leadership.

“The only thing Ruto can do is to destroy this country. His tainted and scandalous past tells it all. We all know how Baba thwarted his unscrupulous attempts to grab the Mau forest which is a lifeline for the Maa community,” she noted.

The county chief beseeched Kenyans to choose progress over retrogression and rally behind Raila in his march to State House.

“Kenya is safe in Baba’s hands. Raila Odinga is a true statesman whose leadership is tried, tested and trusted,” maintained Ngilu.

She was accompanied by the former Prime Minister, Jubilee vice chair David Murathe, Suna East MP and Azimio Secretary General Junet Mohammed, Kajiado Governor Joseph Ole Lenku and Peter Kenneth, among other leaders.
