Ngilu Allocates 140 Million to support bright Needy learners

THE COUNTY government of kitui under the able leadership and H.E Charity Ngilu has revealed to have allocated over Sh 140 Million to support needy students in kitui county, the COUNTY DIARY has learnt

THE GOVERNMENT has set aside Sh 140 Million to support needy students across the county in 2019-2020 Financial Year, This was revealed by Governor Charity Kaluki Ngilu.

The Governor was speaking when she joined Equity Group CEO Dr. James Mwangi at Kitui High School during the commissioning of 735 needy students (joining Secondary schools next week.

The program is sponsored by World Bank with support from Kenyan government through Elimu sponsorship that is administered by Equity Bank.
