Nairobi senator Hon Jonson Sakaja has been arrested by DCI agents for questioning.
He was arrested after he allegedly dared DCI boss George Kinoti to send detectives to his Riverside office to arrest him.
He was on thursday past 4 pm arrested by the Director of Criminal Investigation sleuth for questioning, he is likely to spend the night in police cells.
Senator Sakaja is facing allegedly fraudulent acquisition of his degree certificate with several allegations saying he did not complete his degree course.
However, police have dismissed the alleged report of arrests.
