INCOMING Kitui governor Dr Julius Malombe has assured his supporters that he will be in the ballot on August 9, 2022.
Addressing his coordinators drawn from across the entire county at Kefri grounds, Malombe also assured his supporters that with their support, he will win the election on a Wiper ticket thus paving the way for his chance to serve the suffering Kitui residents once again.
Malombe said he will offer servant leadership adding that his government will serve all Kitui county residents without discrimination.
The pioneer governor expressed satisfaction with yesterday’s Tribunal ruling in which his nomination was legally upheld.
The tribunal dismissed the Kiema Kilonzo petition in its entirety and warned him against wasting court’s time with a frivolous and defective petition.
Dr. Malombe noted that he is aware that the unelectable Kiema Kilonzo is out to derail his campaigns and consequently deny Kitui residents the much needed services.
“He should be told to stop his legal gimmicks because we have defeated him. And we will continue to defeat him because we have First Class lawyers. Let him not waste our time,” Malombe said.
The attendants agreed with him and vowed to rally the county residents behind him to ensure he captures the seat.
