MULYUNGI Takes Bodaboda Insurance War To Parliament

UKASI, MWINGI – Fiery Wiper lawmaker Gideon Mulyungi yesterday announced his plans to vehemently oppose the proposed Bodaboda Insurance on the floor of the August House – terming it as punitive to the operators who earn less than Ksh 500 a day.

“It’s is absurd, unacceptable and makes no economic sense. It will come to a cropper” retorted the Wiper Strongman whose anti-corruption pathos has been winning him hearts and minds in Kenya.

The MP was speaking at Ukasi Market in Mwingi where he doled out reflector jackets to more than 150 Bodaboda operators while donating 50K towards their Sacco.The lawmaker was accompanied by Nguni MCA Jefferson Kiruru before proceeding to Ngooni where he helped raise over 700K during a fundraiser to pay academic fees for 100 students who ail from poor backgrounds in Ngooni and adjoining areas, local media reported yesterday.
