The cases by former Kitui East Member of Parliament Major Muluvi against Wiper candidate Hon Militonic Mwendwa Kitute has been dismissed by court of law .
On Friday 17th June, 2022 marked the end of several court battles for Kitui East Wiper parliamentary candidate Hon. Millitonic Mwendwa Kitute at Milimani Law Courts.
The case by former MP Rtd. Major Mutua Muluvi (Independent candidate) and a voter launched a complaint and objection to IEBC on his suitability to vie. But the case was dismissed by court of law.
This is an alleged wider scheme by former Mp. Muluvi and Nimrod Mbai to frustrate and stall Kitute’s campaigns in the Constituency where he remains the most popular candidate as per the recent opinion poll, the scheme has flopped big time.
Wiper boss Dr. Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka will on Wednesday pitch a tent in Kitui east to unveil wiper candidate hon Mwendwa kitute and later hold a mega rally in Chuluni market.
