Mulaimu Mavusyu will vie for kitui East Mp as an independent candidate in August general election.
In a STATEMENT shared on social Media, Mulaimu wrote.
It is with pleasure that I confirm to the great people of Kitui East constituency that, I Mulaimu Mavusyu am contesting for the seat of Member of National Assembly in Kitui East constituency (MNA/MP) as an Independent Candidate.
My symbol as approved by ORPP is a BAOBAB tree; MUAMBA, MUTI MUNENE, MUTI WA VATA. Muti utaliswa ni Ndingu.
I want to assure the people of Kitui East that I am determined to team up with you to give the electorate their power in the ballot.
We have had a positive reflection of our past:-, in 2013 we went with a small unknown party, CCU and we won the seat. In 2017 we went with a small unknown party named NPK and we caused Jubilee to give us Mutitu north district for them to get Mutito/Kaliku votes from Mulaimu.
We are the winning team this time around.
