Mps Dismiss Infotrack Research Findings


Leaders have continued to expressed mixed reactions over the findings of research firm INFOTRAK which targeted to gauge the performance of the legislators.

Members of Parliament spend the whole of afternoon session poking Holes on the Infotrack kangaroo research findings, with many saying the company never visited their constituency to ascertain and back up their findings.

During the debate, it emerged that some of the members of Parliament were reached by the alleged officials of the firm to get better branding and those who failed to play ball they were ranked the poorest.

Kitui South member of Parliament Hon Racheal kaki Nyamai revealed how she was reached by an official for better ranking but she declined, saying she thought it was a Joke, she challenged her colleagues to explain how they got better ranking.

Now, the research firm credibility hangs in the balance if the allegations by Mps is anything to go by.

When the heated debate arose in the parliament, those who had been ranked in better position walked out of Parliament after it emerged that, the whole finding were circus.

Meanwhile residents drawn from various constituencies accused the pollstar of doctoring the findings in Nairobi without visiting the ground.

“The findings are false and cooked. They never visited Mwingi North yet they demanded bribes which Hon Malili declined” said a residents from Kyuso Sub County.
