Learners in Kibwezi East Constituency have more reasons to smile as more schools are still reaping benefits from escalated upgrades ahead of post Coronavirus re-opening.
Area MP Hon. Jessica Mbalu, honouring her manifesto is
ratcheting up the upgrading of school structures and constructing new classrooms across the vast constituency, COUNTY DIARY reports.
Speaking while commissioning a brand new classroom at Masonga Pry School yesterday, the Wiper MP called on local education fraternity to work in tandem with her Kibwezi East NG-CDF office in ensuring that learners are housed in proper learning environment.
We are redying schools for re-opening in the post Coronavirus era I am rolling my sleeves and that is why everyone can see brand new classrooms coming up both in primary and secondary schools in Kibwezi” said Jessica Mbalu, CBS.
“Even as we continue our sustainable upgrading of school structures in the Constituency, I am not only calling upon the parents, teachers and the students to ensure that the structures remain shipshape but I must make a clairon call to uplight academic standards” added Kibwezi East CDF Manager.
Among schools that have benefited with mainstream funding from her office this quarter include brand new classes at Masonga Sec school, Nooka Pry schools and renovations of four classrooms at Mtito Andei Pry.
