Kitui Governor Charity kaluki Ngilu Representatives and senior government officers on Sunday joined Catholic faithful at Kasyala catholic parish for a Sunday service and later for fund drive in aid of church building construction, in Kitui west sub county.
Several Catholic churches from the Kasyala parish were in attendance led by their spiritual leaders.
The county government of Kitui delegation were led by the County Secretary Mr. Alex Kimanzi, Stephen Kitheka and Clement Munyithya who is the chief officer in charge of trade and cooperative.
The message and donation of the governor Ngilu was delivered by Mr. Clement Munyithya who was representing governor Ngilu as the Chief Guest.
In attendance was Kitui county government chief of staff Mr crispus ileli, matinyani ward administrator among other local leaders, More than 3.7million was raised.
