Matinyani Boys high school tops kitui County in KCSE performance



The Matinyani Boys high school has emerged as the top secondary school in Kitui county and among the top ten best secondary schools in Kenya.

According to the KCSE results released by the Minister of Education hon Ezekiel Machogu.

The Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu released the 2022 KCSE at Mitihani House on Friday, Matinyani boys high school had a mean of *B+

The improvement school index was above 1.65.

The performance of Matinyani high school was very impressive based on the number of students, Matinyani had 240 students while St Lwanga boys had 199 students whose performance were very impressive.

The Improvement of Lwanga boys was 0.18 school’s Index while Matinyani boys had 1.65 index score.
