They affirmed their continued support for Governor Ngilu’s development agenda and endorsed her reelection in the upcoming 2022 general polls.
They spoke during the groundbreaking ceremony for the planned construction of Masia Earthdam which is set to end age-old water problems in the area.The dam’s committee chairperson Benjamin Kiilu Muthengi said the dam would help improve their livelihoods through provision of adequate water for domestic, livestock and irrigation purposes.
The County Boss urged the contractor to expedite the dam project to tap water in the imminent rainy season.
