DPP HAJI: PROSECUTE RAILA FOR TREASON
Nairobi based Lawyer Musyimi paul want DPP to prosecute ODM leader Rt Hon Raila Odinga forswearing himself as the people’s president of Kenya two years back.Nairobi based Lawyer Musyimi Paul is calling for director of public prosecution Mr. Haji to take action against ODM leader.
Friday 28th February 2019, Raila Odinga said that no person is above the law. We cannot agree more.
By the same token, nobody should commit the offense of treason against Kenya contrary to section 40 of the Penal Code and escape prosecution, not even Raila.
On 30th January 2018, on National TV, in broad daylight, we saw one Raila Amollo Odinga ID. No. 4838593 perform acts that in their nature and taken in their entirety meet all the elements of the Offense of treason.
Even as you charge chicken thieves, charge Raila of Treason! If Raila is innocent, let courts acquit him, if he is guilty let him go hung!
