Why Kitui Speaker Ndoto Finally Did It!

KITUI- The speaker of Kitui County Assembly Hon Gorge Mutua Ndoto has finally written to Independent Electoral Boundaries Commission ( IEBC )
Declaring Mutonguni Ward seat vacant, County Diary has confirmed.

This comes few days after the Court of Appeal ruling which was delivered by Appellate judges, ordering for fresh by- elections after a vigorous legal suit which has lasted for years.

The IEBC is expected to call for a fresh by-election in the next few days.

The seat for Mutonguni ward has so far attracted several candidates including former MCAs and bussinesmen.
