Kitui County Senator Hon. Enoch Kiio on Tuesday attended burial for the late James King’ondu Mwangangi in Kiati Village, Mutha Ward of Kitui South Constituency,
where the senator issued one week ultimatum to security to arrest Bandits in Mutha, I will lead Mutha resident to kill all camels in Mutha if police will not have arrested these Bandits the tough speaking senator said.
The late King’ondu was killed last week by herders from nearby Tana River county in Musenge.
Addressing mourners at the burial, Kiio has asked all leaders from Kitui County to come together so as to find a lasting solution to the current issues of insecurity in Mutha Ward, Kitui County.
“I want to challenge all leaders, that we must come together to find a solution to this situation. We need to all together get a resolution about safety and security of our people along the border line.” he said the same sentiment were echoed by kitui women rep Dr Irene Kasalu.
The senator has given one week ultimatum for the national government to drive out camels failure to which he will have them killed tough speaking senator said.
