Kitui Minority Leader calls for forensic Audit On FYI 2018/2019

Kitui county assembly Minority leader hon john Kisangau aka Mbaki Mbaki has called for a forensic audit of the financial year ended 2018/2019.

The Narc Member of assembly for yatta Kwa vonza ward has caused the Storm on the social platform and left Kitui Residents tongue wagging, by his continued onslaught on the county government he has sworn protect inside the house and outside.

On Saturday while attending the burial Ceremony Mr. Kisangau shocked the residents as he tore the county into pieces, by alleging that the government has spent one billion meant for development on 2018/2019 financial year which can not be seen at the village level.

According to Narc Minority Leader, he Said the assembly had a passed a budget 11 Billion, where over 20 wards, there was to be constructed Mega earth Dam, but the executive did not implement the budget.

According to narc legislator, he alluded that the executive has either deliberately failed to implement the budget or there is incompetence by some the officers and called for the governor to reign over the executive, or do the reshuffle in her cabinet.

The reshuffle is overdue.
