6.6 M Raised As Kitui Leaders Support Mulyungi Bus For Masavi Girls – Mwingi

NGUNI, MWINGI – Hon Gideon Mulyungi today finally met his target and raised 6.6 M to procure a new bus for Masavi Girls in Nguni, Mwingi.

The Wiper MP spirited quest to purchase a new Scania bus for the top performing girls school – after their previous one was swept away by floods – also received goodwill contributions from over 10 MPs, churches and the Masavi community.

“You will get a your Scania back!. We have hit our proposed target today. I have talked to Isuzu and the company is ready to deliver a brand new Scania model bus for Masavi Girls” Mulyungi told journalists at the colourful fete flanked by local leaders.

As Wiper MP made the hallmark announcement that his target amount had come to fruitation, a sustained jubilation by parents teachers and students at the top performing school in Mwingi rent the air for over 30 min prompting the MP to call the gathering to order so that he could tleast announce the good news.

Mulyungi gave 3.2M with the following MPs donating 20K each; Hons. Kitui Senator Kiio Wambua, Women rep Irene Kasalu, Makali Mulu, Charles Nguna (CNN), Nzengu Malili, Mwalika, Nimrod Mbai, Kaki Nyamai and Nyenze.
