Kitui Kibwezi Road Construction bites As More than 1000 shops to be demolished

Kitui South Mp Hon Dr Rachael Kaki Nyamai accompanied by Hon Mwalika of Kitui Rural had a bee hive of activities on Friday, the duo started by visiting Ikanga town to inspect the state of Kitui kibwezi road construction.

The two leaders listened to area residents grievances who own shops at Ikanga town whereby close to 100 shops are marked for demolitions by the ongoing Kitui Kbz road construction.

Dr Kaki assured the residents that she will talk to the National govt to either have a bypass or the shops be compensated , it was a good closed meeting at CBO ,Hon Kaki then proceeded to Mesilya primary school Ikanga Kyatune ward where she opened four classrooms and a Headteacher’s offices constructed using NG CDF kitty

The Mp reiterated her commitment to serve the residents of kitui south despite negative publicity from bloggers, whereby the classes and the office were renovated(roofing ),Hon Kaki then rushed to Kanziko primary school in Kanziko ward whereby the school dormitory caught fire recently and donated over 100 pieces of iron sheets and promised to rebuild that dormitory from Monday next week from Kitui south NG CDF kitty emergency funds.

The Mp later in the day visited Kaliani primary school in Kanziko ward where she also opened a classroom.
