On Thursday, 17 August, 2023 – Kitui Deputy Governor H.E Augustine Kanani wambua visited the county exhibition booth to get briefings from ministers.
The Speaker Hon Kevin Kinengo, Kitui C.O for Trade Hon Stephen Makau (Kivunzi) and the Deputy County Public Service Board Secretary Wilfred Mutua we’re among those who kept welcoming visitors to kitui’s booth during the devolution conference 2023 at Eldoret sports club in Uasin Gishu County.
H.E Augustine Kanani visited Makueni County’s exhibition booth displaying Mango and other fruits’ value chain, accompanied by the Makueni Deputy Governor H.E Lucy Mulili, among other counties.
The three Ukambani Counties which are members of South Economic Bloc(SEKEB) under the leadership of H.E Governor Dr Julius Malombe(Kitui), H.E Mutula Kilonzo Junior(Makueni) and H.E Wavinya Ndeti(Machakos), are committed to improving the economy and better service delivery to all people in the three counties.
Also present was the Kitui Minister for Trade Madam Rose Mutuku and her Counterpart for Culture Madam Phoebe Mutemi.
