What the Subcounty Health Services Coordinator (SCHSC) position entails; A Sub- County Health services coordinator will be the in charge of all the facilities in the Sub-County of posting, the position that was previously occupied by the District Medical Officer of Health (before devolution) or the SCMOH.
He/ She will coordinate support-supervise all the facilities in that Sub-county. There will be a budget for each sub-county and the SCHSC will be the AIE holder.
