The Citizens of Kitui county have hailed and commended the professional work done by Kitui County security team during this festive season.
Among those commended by citizens include Kitui County Commissioner Mr John Ondego and his hardworking security team.
The Commissioner has been providing the necessary leadership by deploying his security in all security hotspots in Kitui and adjoining areas thus ensuring less incidents of crime this festive season” said Mr Mulwa Muli.
The residents and those travelling inside Kitui and outside have been able to celebrate their Christmas holiday season in peace, unlike during the yester years when muggings were rampant, added Mulwa Muli.
Travellers have continued to enjoy a safe journey to villages, matatu crew have for the first-time have shown seriousness in their work. Kitui traffic police department has shown professionalism, the county commander security team have shown true servanthood, the leadership of the whole security have done an outstanding and excellent job in the eyes of the citizens.
