Kitui County assembly sectoral committees will from today begin developing a report on the just concluded vetting of the Minister of basic education and the 26 Chief Officers.
Kitui Assembly MCAs led by their speaker hon Kelvin Kinengo will be in Mwingi today to begin the exercise of writing a Report that will be submitted to the house for consideration and approval.
“We are proceeding to Mwingi for report writing and then have special sittings on Monday and Tuesday to debate the appointment motions,” the Speaker told the Press.
Speaking to the TCD DIGITAL, The Assembly speaker Hon Kelvin Kinengo said the assembly sectoral committees are trying to do a professional clean job for the people of kitui county.
By Wednesday next week – all the Constitutional requirements will have been completed from the assembly side and the report will have been submitted to Governor Malombe for necessary action.
