KeNHA Impending demolition of properties in Mwingi halted

Mwingi central flash Wiper MP hon Gideon Mulyungi has on Sunday stopped KeNHA plans to carry out demolitions of business premises in Mwingi town worth over 0.5 Billion.

This was after the Mwingi Business Community appealed for his intervention during a high profile meeting with KeNHA Director and transport officials held at Muithi Museo Hall in town.

Instead the officials have now opted for an out-of-town bypass and footpaths.In a show of solidarity, the MP was accompanied by a phalanx of MCAs including Maema(Kivou), Kawaya (Nuu), Philma (Mwingi) and Hon.
