Independent Police Oversight Authority to Visit Bandit Stricken Mutha Ward

Independent Police Authority will on Wednesday tour the bandit stricken area of Kitui South, Mutha Ward in particular, Members of public from mutha ward have hereby informed that a team from IPOA(independent policing oversight authority) will be touring mutha ward seeking for information over the killings that have been happening and to date no body is behind the bars.

This is after we resoluted during the peaceful demonstration held at mutha market following the recent killing of King’ondu mwangangi by the camel herders. The community drew a memorandum and was deposited to the office of minister for interior security and coordination of the national Government and copied to other independent organs that includes IPOA.
